What Is The Treatment For Strange Sharp Pain In The Skull And Depression?

I am having a strange sharp pain in my skull at the base, and then I taste metal in my mouth. It only last a second or two, but has been happening regularly for the past two days. I am 21 160lbs and healthy. I have been diagnosed with mild depression and had a CAT scan about 2 months ago and everything showed up clean.
