What Is The Treatment For Sunken Scar?

My daughter is 15 months old now and had a BCG vaccination at birth. It has left quite a sunken scar, but it looks lake a little hole on her arm (not red). Is this normal and will it at least get smaller over time or will the hole het bigger as her skin stretches from growing. If I could I would upload a picture.
