What Is The Treatment For Sweaty Hands And Feet?

My 9 yr old daughter has had sweaty hands and feet ever since I can remember. Last smmer she got these little tiny bumps in between her fingers and they just reappeared again and seem to have spread to her palm. Last year they didn't bother her but she is now complaining of them itching. What could this be?
