What Is The Treatment For Swollen And Bruised Foot?

i stubbed my 4th toe 2 and a half weeks ago but did not seek medical advice. there was swelling and bruising which spread into the foot. it is curved and tender at the base of the nail and on the inside towards the 3rd toe and causes discomfort when wearing shoes. can you advise what i should do
