What Is The Treatment For Swollen And Painful Leg?

I had arthroscopy surgery on my right knee thrusday morning i was told to be full weight bearing. i have been using my cold therapy unit as directed but my right leg/knee is so swollen i can not place full weight nor walk or bend it due to the swelling. there is no reddness at all should i be concerned?
