What Is The Treatment For Swollen Dry Lips?

Hi! my lips are REALLY puffy and they are swollen and they have little painless tiny bumps that are the same color as my lips. my lips look and feel DISCUSTINGG!!!!!! i constantly have to put on lip blam because they feel so dryy , i use eos. sometimes i wet a paper towel and put it over my lips. i dont know whats going on though because it has been like this for the last 4 days
