What Is The Treatment For Swollen Lymph Node In The Neck?

Hi, my name is Ashlee. I ve discovered a swollen lymph node on the side of my neck back in september of 2010. Its still remains as the size of a dime. Sometimes its painful and it has never went away. I ve been experiencing hot flashes, headaches, trouble breathing and fatigue. I could sleep for      6 plus hours and still wake up tired. I just wanted to know whats the most likely cause for these symptons.
