What Is The Treatment For Tailbone Pain?

i have tailbone pain after two surgeries first hemrrhoidectomy and second to remove scar tissue always had tailbone pain after first surgery even after scar tissue removed still have tailbone pain but about 2 weeks ago noticed dark areas at tailbone area where its hurting can't sit or stand without pain
