What Is The Treatment For Telangiectasia?

sir .i'm 33 yrs old female,have been diagnosed with'telangiectasia'. i'm not a diebitic. i 'm a myopic with -6 correction in both eyes.my left eye has been effected,please advise me best treatment options and also the possible dangers.the vision in my left eye is poor. thanks.
