What Is The Treatment For Thick Endometrium?

i am 30 yrs have bilateral cornoal tubal block.my tvs at 4th day shows endometrium thickness is 5.1mm.three mnths ago doc cant do hystoscopy to open the tube due to poor visibility.during 3mnths i took medicine.now doc advice for injection to thin endometrium thickness.is the prosses is right?is inj have side effect?is hystoscopy succes?
