What Is The Treatment For Thickened Endometrium?

I have recently had a miscarriage which i had medial management for. That was rectified easily but recently a scan of uterus showed endometriem was very vascular and bleeding. two vaginal swabs showed E coli, could i have this in uterus and can this be the cause of my problems or at least prevent healing?
