What Is The Treatment For Thin Uterine Line?

i had 4 d&c previously & had difficulties in carrying a pregnancies after that but managed with a successful preg with aspirin & duphaston. now am trying to conceive again (after 5yrs) but my uterine line was very thin, abt 4.5mm only. my gynae prescribed me with progynova for 10 days effective frm day 14. i wonder whether my uterine line will grow with this med. thank you.
