What Is The Treatment For Throat Irritation In A Child?

hello from 2pm my 9 week old baby has not stopped crying she woke up and just cried but very loudly and continuously i tried everything to stop her crying? when she was crying strange noises like there was something in her throat noise also gasping for air.

she seemed to calm down a bit now but still wont take her bottle last bottle was at 1pm and brought her wind up then.
