What Is The Treatment For Tonsillitis?

I just snorted a few lines of cocaine and my tonsil on the left side is swollen, slightly larger than a bean, with tiny white spots that are barely noticeable. I m not sure if there s even more than one. What can I do? I ve tried to do research and found things on Tonsil Crypts, but the little white spots aren t big enough to get out with a toothbrush or Q-tip. I ve brushed my teeth and am drinking a lot of water. anything else will help? I m not able to get to a doctor anytime too soon either.
