What Is The Treatment For Tooth And Body Pain After A Flu?

i suffered 3 days flu with body ache, on the 3rd day all of a sudden my lower tooth became very painful until now i already take antibiotic for my toncilitis and mefenamic acid for my tooth but i still feel very cold and my tooth is very achy. what should i do?
