What Is The Treatment For Unwanted Hair Removal And Dark Skin?

Hi, My name is Tina Im 24 years old and I have few question... it is not about hair loss. But I do have some unwanted hair in some places on my body.. which makes my skin look dark and cause lil acne.. I have black spots on my body for a long time..I've tried everything but nothing really seems to work.. what can I do to get rid of dark spots?
