What Is The Treatment For Vaginal Eczema?

I am 27 years old and over the past 5 years, I have been suffering from vaginal eczema. My Gyne diagnosed it as contact dermatitis and prescribed fluocinolone acetonide topical ointment. I have been using that during really intense flare ups. I understand corticosteroids are damaging and only suppress the symptoms so I decided to stop using it. I am currently using rose hip oil and while that soothes it temporarily, it does not help the issue. The itching is very intense and emotionally draining. I have also developed eczema on both my eyelids and was using a steroid based ointment for it. please advice.
