What Is The Treatment For Vaginal Infection?

I have a solid white vaginal discharge. I have read other similar questions, where then answer was infection, but I have taken antibiotics for PID, vaginosis and inflammation. I am in constant pain, any pelvic exams are excruciatingly painful and I am always nauseous or vomiting. The doctors I have seen don't seem to be able to give me any answers seeing as how I am now on 9 different prescriptions and birth control.
