What Is The Treatment For Vitiligo?

hi i am suffering vitiligo since my childhood but it progressed very slowly .i had started with phototherapy treatment and it really worked but i could not continue with it as it became inconvenient to go to the clinic alternately .someone told me of buying my own phototherapy unit as i dont know anything about this could you please help in this matter
