What Is The Treatment For Warts In The Vagina?

Hi Doctor, few days ago my doctor cauterized some worns arround my vagina. By mistake I used a spray for the burns that contains alcohol. This caused a burn on the area. I'm using Saforelle cream but get temporary relief. Can you recomend any other cream?
