What Is The Treatment For White Bumps On The Penis?

I have white bumps that appeared overnight on the lower base of my penis on the sides and a couple underneathe. They do not look like warts and I have been with the same girl for 6 month and she was checked 2 months ago for hpv and it came back negative. I have come across websites talking about sebaceous cysts or foryces spots. But every website I see says that a white discharge will come out of those if squeezed. Nothing comes out of the ones I am experiencing. What could this be???
