What Is The Treatment For White Patches In The Cheeks?

My daughter 2 1/2 get white patches on her cheeks right at the corners of her mouth. Slightly raised, but i wouldn't call it a bump. Bigger than a misquitto bite, smaller than a dime. I was told it could be Candida and we are treating her for that, but i do not see that on any of the symptoms lists for candida. She has PDD - NOS along with tons of food alergies
We have taken her off all sugars except green apple and carrot juice.
