What Is The Treatment For Yeast Infection And Vaginal Itching?

Hi I recently had a yeast infection, and vaginal itching. I treated using monastat and vagasil. A few weeks later my symptoms retuned along with a tiny flesh colored bumps. In total panic I went to an obgyn and she said they looked like warts but some looked like Molluscum. She treated me for warts with aldara, within days they were gone. Could I have been misdiagnosed? I haven't been sexual active in 5 months.
