What Is The Use Of Tramadol?

My tongue is raw, red and the top sides are pasty grey. I gargled with salt water and baking soda last night and it seemed to help somewhat. I just got over taking a 6 day dosepk of 4mg medrol, followed by 1 celebrex as a daily maintanence. I had also been taking tramadol for pain relief. Do you think this is medication related or possibly a deficiency of something?
