What Is The Whitish Round Growth On My Nipple?

Please type your query here... hi i have a small round growth on my nipple its whiteish in colour but when you squeeze it gently you can see small blood vessels on my nipple right on the tip of it . Its not sore unless I'm applying a lot of pressure to it. Can you help me please?
