What Is The Whitish Substance In The Hole Under My Mother's Breast?

my mom has a little hole under her left breast. there is white things in there. i know this sounds weird...but we just found this. she has brain tumor and cannot speak now or move her right side. if she had a cyst drained years ago, could this be from that?
