What Kind Of Counsellor Should Be Consulted For Relationship Issues?

I am a single Mom. I have an adult son living with me and our relationship has become very strained to the point we are unable to carry on even a brief conversation with out burst of anger from him. I am wondering if I can convince him to go to a counselor with me... what type of counselor would be best. I have been divorced since he was two... he is now 45 and I am 71. I am extremely concerned and need help. I live in Jefferson county... everything is very far away for me... can you give me a suggestion of how to start reaching out for help.
