What Kind Of Side Effects Are There For A Combination

What kind of side effects are there for a combination of clanzapine & lithium? My husband is unipolar manic and has taken lithium for years - his doctor didn't want to increase his dosage (which was decreased five years ago) due to possible lithium toxicity and has prescribed clanzapine in addition to his lithium.
