What Lead To A Sore Red Blemish On My Nose?

Hi, I woke up this moring with a very sore red blemish on my nose. It does not look like a pimple. I wash my face every night so it cant be a pimple. It is very sore and is not levitated, its smooth. my friend told me it could be a spider bite, if it is how long with it take to go away?
