What Leads To A Bump Just Below A Dog Bite Wound?

I got bit by a dog on my hand about 4 weeks ago. Three shallow punctcure wounds. I went to Medexpress, got it cleaned and got perscription for augmentin. Took the augmentin for two days then stopped. Wounds healed fine, but now I notice a bump growing on my bone right below entry point of one of the dogs teeth. It is not sore or red or hot... no sign of infection, but definitely a bump on the bone. Should I get it looked at? What could it be?
