What Leads To Cold Sensation In Foot After Having A Injury?

I was a pedestrian casualty in a RTA 8 days ago and obtained 5 stitches to the left of my head and also fractured my pelvis mainly on the left. it s stable and I m mobilising on crutches by toe touching so no weight on my left leg.I ve noticed that my left foot is a lot colder than my right from mid calf downwards. Could I have also damaged blood vessels and my circulation ? should I be concerned about this and if so what should I do ? Thank you.
