What Leads To Cold Sensation In Right Hand?

Hi I went to the gp this wk has my right hand has been feeling really cold when anyone touches it s like ice it s not like it all the time I also feel cold and dopey I had blood test and gas to go back as my ear is 54 I am 28 yrs old I have to have another blood test in to wks what could this be my gp said I am a mystery as my hand don t change colour and no pain e s r blood test
