What Leads To High Fever And Body Pain After Taking Paracetamol And Raciper?

I have pain in stomach and whole body and fever . I consult my doctor yesterday night he recommended me cepodem xp 325 mg , Raciper 40 and paracetamol . After taking all these drug I have high fever and whole body pain and not able to do any work only sleep in a bed. Please suggest me What can I do?
