What Leads To Missed Miscarriage Despite Having Pain In Abdomen And Back?

Having strong back and abdominal pain . Sometimes painful to pass urine. I am noticing that there is a pain on my left side. Pain on back and tummy feels like contractions. Found moving about difficult yesterday. Had a missed miscarriage and started bleeding on Sunday. Bleeding is moderate.
