What Leads To Stomach Pain And Acidity?

I have had pain in my upper stomach for several months, along with acid indigestion. I Had endoscopy last week it was normal. I have had CAT scan ultra sound, been on antibiotics, dexilant etc. It come's and goes, but mostly is always present. Need a real diagnosis?
