What Measures Need To Be Taken For Being HIV Positive During Pregnancy?

Hi i am hiv positive and i am pregnant,its my first child,id like to know will i give birth in a different labour ward as others?coz i dont want my family to know about my status,when i give my baby breast milk what other medication will he drink for that 6months?and from what time must the medication be taken...
