What Medications Need To Be Taken For Perianal Haematoma?

Hello Doctor,I am having health issues related to perianal haematoma and fissure, i am taking fiber food from last 1 month and drinking minimum 2 liters of water now. recently started having orange flavoured Latic liquid and sitcom cream applying for morning and night to help passing stools easier. Can you please guide me, some of the article in online suggesting to check with Gastroenterologist doctor. I am not sure for what could be the reason behind that.I dont have any pain in abdomen or stomach for now. thanks,vijaya
