What Medications Or Further Tests Are Recommended When My Nuclear Stress Test Results Showing Apical Ischemia?

Hi, My nuclear stress test showed: On post stress images, there is a small intense apical defect on the rest images the apical defect was reversible. Impression: Abnormal pharmacologic stress myocardial perfusion study with a small area of Apical Ischemia. The ejection fraction was preserved. My question is what meds if any are recommended for this? Or do I need further testing?
