What Must I Do About Fluid Discharge From An Injured Toe Nail After Initial Bleeding?

I dropped a large object on my big toe. It bleed for about 5 minutes then stopped. The toe nail is not have blood under the toe nail. The last 3 days the nail has leaked clear fluid and might be loose, I honestly don t really know and very little pain. What is going on with my toe? Will this heal or does the nail need to come off?
