What Precaution Should I Take After Implantation?

hi, iám married 2 years now, and not been pregnant... i have heard about implantation bleeding.. but in my case i usually see that spots of bleeding.. but as soon as the period dates are near i get my period... can u pls tell me wht precations should i take before my period dates... i want to get pregnant soon...
