What Precautions Need To Be Taken During 36th Week Of Pregnancy To Give Birth Safely?

I am 36 weeks pregnant my doctor says i need to have my baby before 40 weeks if i want to go natural and if i do not go into labor before 40 weeks i have to have a c section, cause i had a previous c section with my daughter. but i do not have any health problems, and the reason i had a c section is cause my daughter was breeched it was her fault i had one and not mine. what should i do to try to go into labor before 40 weeks?
