What Precautions Need To Be Taken Post Follicle Rupture?

I had injection yesterday for follicle rupture at about 7:20pm. My doctor has advised to come today to examine if the rupture has taken place. At the same time I will not be in a position to have sex for the next two days. What will I do? Please advise.
