What Precautions Need To Be Taken Post Preventative Cerclage?

I am 24 and 3 days along. I had a preventive cercelage placed at around 19 weeks. I have had two cervix length checks and they were both the same at 3 cm. my doctor said no sex. He might let us after my next appt which is next week. I was just wondering if no sex meant no oral or anal sex.
