What Precautions Other Than Medicines Are Needed For Head Spinning?

sir, Good Evening. I am aged 56 and a female. My weight is 47 Kg. I have two children and have NO health problems till a week ago except cervical Spondilytes.

Recently a week back one night My head started reeling and I could not sleep even. I went to doctor who prescribed VERTIN 16. What more precautions are needed sir.
