What Precautions Should I Take At 16 Weeks Pregnancy With Retroplacental Bleeding On Scan When Prescribed Gestone?

Hi I have retro placental bleeding according to my last scan ..i am almost 16 weeks pregnant. I hv been given gestone 200 for 20 days .what other precautions do I need to take ? Is it very dangerous situation. Also I have one acne on my cheek that is growing and now painful ..geting another one under the ear lobe too.is it normal? I didn t have this issue in first pregnancy
