What Precautions Should Be Taken Post Unprotected Sex?

I was having sex with my partner who I would like to believe is faithful to me. After having sex today I pulled out of the vagina but the condom was not on my penis. I can t say how much contact I had with her vagina without protection but I was ready to pull out even though I didn t ejaculate. What sort of risks should I be on the look out for
