What Precautions Should Be Taken To Conceive?

im at my whits end i am worried i cant have a baby ive been trying for a baby now for 5months im on a tablet called pregacare contreception and my fiancee is on wellman i have had bloodtests checkups scans everything they all come back normal i havent had a period for a while but have had numerous pregancy tests and have showed up negative except the last 14 ive taken in the last 3months i currently dont know why this is happening and am very scared something might be wrong is there anytypes of help or even medication that can possibly help me to concieve ?
