What Precautions Should Be Taken While Suffering With Bulky Pancreas?

I had an MRI to check on a cyst on the liver and the results came back fine but indicated a slightly bulky pancrease. My gaststoentromolist wants me to come back in three months for a check up. What concerns should I have and are there any symptons related to this I need to be aware of?
