What Procedure To Follow On Missing A Birth Control Pill?

Hi!

I am using Microgynon 30 as my birth control pill. I lost one pill down the drain and I am unsure what to do... must i continue taking the rest of my pill and start my new packet a day early? Or can I just consider this one missed pill and start my next pill at the same time and day?
