What Relieves The Swelling And Pain In Labia Minora?

Two days ago, my husband and I had intercourse, which turned out to be a little rough. Since then, my labia majora is very swollen, painful, and appears chafed. It is uncomfortable to sit, walk, and crossing legs is impossible. When urinating, it burns over the chafed areas. We have both been tested and are STD free. My paps are normal. How can I treat this and get some relief? Are there any creams I can try? I can't sleep it hurts so bad. I've only tried ib profin & ice packs-no relief. Thank you.
